■ Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use
- Power Of Community Conference Registration and Operation
- Event notification email delivery and document issuance (invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Issuance of attendance certificates upon request after the event
- Payment and settlement processing
■ Personal Information Items Collected
- Basic Information: Name, affiliation, and email address
- Additional Information: T-shirt size (for event souvenirs), dietary restrictions (for meal provision)
※ Additional information will be destroyed within 3 months after the event ends.
■ Personal Information Retention and Use Period
- Event operation purposes: Destroyed within 1 year after conference ends
- Accounting and settlement purposes (payment-related records): Retained for 5 years according to relevant laws
- Destroyed upon personal request after the event ends
* You may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information according to the Personal Information Protection Act, but please note that you cannot participate in this event if you refuse consent.
* If you complete registration, it will be considered that you have agreed to the collection and use of personal information.
